What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders are shipped via USPS in our beautiful signature mailing box and normally arrives within 3-5 business days if we have the item in stock. Due to the seasonality of our products, shipping my vary but we will keep you informed through out the process of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped.

Please check the product page of the items you select as each manufacturer sizing is different.

Where can I find a coupon code?

A:

A coupon code is given after you place your first online order as a way to thank you for shopping BooLaLa. Subsequent coupon codes are given to our customers who subscribe to our newsletter or those who like us on BooLaLa social media sites. 

Q:

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order. 

A:

If your order was successfully completed online, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and your order number. If you didn't receive this email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder--sometimes they end up in there. 

Q:

I didn't receive my confirmation email but you charged me anyway. 

A:

Depending on your bank and its card policies, sometimes when you place an online order, your bank or credit card company will place a hold on those funds until the order is successfully completed. If you didn't receive a confirmation email from us but it looks like we charged you, it's almost always because your bank has placed a hold on the funds, and they'll release them back to your account in a few hours.
